By clicking on "Yes" and installing this SOFTWARE PROGRAM "VoiceNet VRS 98" you agree to be bound by the terms of this Grover Industries, Inc. License Agreement.
1) This SOFTWARE PROGRAM and reference materials are sold "AS IS", without warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The entire risk as to the result and performance of this SOFTWARE PROGRAM is assumed by you "THE CUSTOMER".
2) The SOFTWARE PROGRAM is owned by Grover Industries, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. THE CUSTOMER may make one copy of the SOFTWARE PROGRAM for the sole purpose of backup or archival purposes. THE CUSTOMER may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PROGRAM, but you may transfer the SOFTWARE PROGRAM on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees the the terms of this Agreement.
3) Any implied warranties relating to the application, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to a period of thirty days from data of purchase. Grover Industries, Inc. shall not be LIABLE for INDIRECT, SPECIAL, or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES resulting from use of this SOFTWARE PROGRAM. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations might not apply to you THE CUSTOMER.
